Enrolling your child at Little Archie’s Clubhouse is a straightforward, supportive process. We’ll walk with you from your first tour to your child’s first day and beyond.
Who We Enroll
Little Archie’s Clubhouse serves children in Allentown, PA and surrounding communities from infancy through middle school. We offer full-day care and school-age programming that fits working families.
- 👶Infants: 6 – 12 months
- 🧒Toddlers: 13 – 36 months
- 🎨Preschool & Pre-K: 3 – 5 years
- 🏫School-Age: Kindergarten – 8th grade (before/after school & select full days)

How to Enroll
We’ve designed our enrollment process to be clear, friendly, and supportive. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

Step 1: Schedule a tour
Call or email to set up a time to visit the center, see classrooms, and talk with our team about your child’s needs. -
Step 2: Complete your enrollment packet
Fill out enrollment forms, emergency contacts, health and immunization records, and Child Care Works (CCW) or private-pay information. -
Step 3: Confirm schedule & start date
We’ll review your child’s classroom placement, weekly schedule, tuition, and any transportation or school-age details. -
Step 4: Attend a brief orientation
Review center policies, drop-off and pick-up procedures, daily routines, and what your child should bring each day. -
Step 5: First day welcome
Teachers help your child settle in with a warm welcome, and we keep you updated as they adjust to their new routine.
If your child has allergies, special health needs, or receives services (such as Early Intervention), please let us know during enrollment so we can partner with you from day one.
Tuition & Child Care Works (CCW)
Little Archie’s Clubhouse accepts Child Care Works (CCW) subsidy. Private-pay families are charged at the same weekly rate as CCW. Our office will review current rates with you based on your child’s age and schedule.
- 💳Weekly tuition is due each Monday.
- 📆Tuition is based on your child’s enrollment schedule, not daily attendance.
- 👧Sibling discounts may be available for full-time private-pay families.
- ⏰Late payment and late pick-up fees apply according to center policy.
For detailed tuition information, please contact the center office. We’ll help you understand CCW co-pays or private-pay amounts before your child’s start date.
Payment Options
We offer several convenient ways for families to make weekly payments.

Please ask our office if you need a payment receipt or have questions about your balance.
What to Bring
To help your child feel comfortable and prepared, please label all personal items and bring the following:
- 🎒Backpack or bag with a full change of clothes (including socks).
- 🍼Diapers, wipes, and creams (if applicable) or training pants for children in potty training.
- 🍱Any required special formula, milk, or doctor-directed dietary items.
- 🧸Comfort item for nap time, such as a small blanket or soft toy (if allowed in classroom policy).
Please do not send toys from home unless your child’s teacher has planned a special show-and-tell activity.
Your Child’s First Day
Starting a new program is a big step. Our goal is to make your child’s first day feel warm, safe, and welcoming—for both children and parents.
- 👋Plan to arrive a little early to settle in and say hello to the teacher.
- 📝Share any last-minute updates about sleep, meals, or moods that may help your child’s day.
- 📲We’ll keep you updated if your child has difficulty with the transition and let you know how they are doing.
- 🤗Goodbyes can be hard—staff will support your family with a consistent, reassuring routine.
